So the day started out ok. Got on the treadmill and about 1.5 miles into my walk, I remembered the Maytag man was coming over in like 15 minutes. This really sucked because I was really enjoying my walk. Would have loved to go another mile or so. As it turned out, I answered the door in my workout clothes with sweaty face and all. Gross!
Eating went ok. Had a meeting at 5:30 pm at work that included Olive Garden lasagne, chicken pasta, salad and bread sticks. I had one serving of each and a brownie for desert. Had I not been at work, would have eaten too much.
Thank goodness I had to go to Walmart afterwards. It helps me to add steps to my day.
Final results...After recording my intake and uploading my activity, a deficit of almost 500. Could have been way worse.
