I am having trouble with logging in to post each day like I want to. I will try to be better about this. It only takes a minute so no excuses.
I have been pretty faithful about going to the walking track with Buffy in the evenings. We always put in a couple miles with a little of jogging on and off like the couch to 5 k says to do, however, we sometimes get distracted by talking. Then there's the two of us trying to keep track of laps and time with our ipods. At the end of our time we're just glad we didn't pass out or something.
Had to work the weekend and the gym closes at 5, so had to use the treadmill, which I really am enjoying more and more now for some reason. Monday was bad, as I went out to eat twice and no workout. Yesterday I did 2.5 miles on treadmill in the morning and went to track last night and did another 3 miles. I logged my best ever of over 20,000 steps.
I am relaxing today but may do treadmill tonight after church, maybe, maybe.
So, that's it. That's where I am. As of this a.m. on the scale, 5 pounds off from the holiday gain.
